老挝南塔河1号电力有限公司拟开展老挝南塔河1号水电站2025-2028年电梯维修保养服务项目采购，现欢迎符合资格条件的供应商参加。
Nam Tha 1 Lao Power Company Limited is carrying out the inquiry procurement of Nam Tha 1 Hydropower Station 2025-2028 Elevator Maintenance Service Project, thereby invites eligible suppliers to participate in the procurement.

三、采购范围与要求Scope and Requirements of Procurement
按照TSG T5002-2017《电梯维修保养规则》的有关规定与要求，对老挝南塔河1号水电站电厂内一台的VF320电梯（制造单位为沈阳三洋电梯有限公司）进行日常维修与保养，服务期为36个月。计划服务期为2025年2月至2028年1月（实际以合同签订日为期准）。
In accordance with the relevant provisions and requirements of TSG T5002-2017 Elevator Maintenance Rules, a VF320 elevator (the manufacturer: Shenyang Sanyo Elevator Co., Ltd) in Nam Tha 1 Hydropower Station needs to carry out the routine maintenance, and the service period is 36 months, from February 2025 to January 2028 (Actual date is based on the contract signing date).

谈判时间预计为2025年02月11日09:00（老挝时间），具体时间另行通知。The negotiation time is expected to be 09:00 on February 11, 2025 (Laos time)，The specific time will be notified separately.
谈判形式采用录音电话远程谈判，供应商无需到达现场谈判。
The negotiation is conducted remotely via recorded telephone calls, and suppliers do not need to be present on site for negotiations.
