老挝南塔河1号电力有限公司拟开展老挝南塔河1号水电站对外公路2024-2026年维护保养项目公开询价采购，现欢迎符合资格条件的供应商参加。
Nam Tha 1 Hydropower Station intends to implement access road maintenance project during 2024-2026 by way of public inquiry, thereby invites eligible suppliers to participate in the procurement.

三、采购范围与要求
Scope and Requirements of Procurement
本次采购包括三项作业内容，分别为：杂草、树木砍伐与清理、排水沟与涵洞梳理、雨季保通抢险。
This procurement consists of three activities, namely: cleaning up of grass and trees on both sides of the road, dredging of drainage ditches and culverts, emergency services to ensure smooth traffic during rainy season.

三、供应商资格要求
Qualification of the Suppliers
1）供应商具有老挝民主共和国境内注册的独立法人资格，没有处于被责令停业、财务被接管、冻结、破产状态。具有独立承担本项目的能力和独立履行合同的能力。
The supplier must be an independent legal entity registered in the Lao People's Democratic Republic, free of suspension orders, financial takeover, freeze or bankruptcy. The supplier is capable of undertaking and implementing the project independently.
2）具有老挝政府颁发的经营业许可证，许可经营项目涵盖老挝LSIC代码下F41房屋建筑或F421公路、铁路建设或M71建筑，工程活动以及相关技术咨询三类项目下任意子项经营许可。
The supplier must have a business certificate which was issued by the Lao government. The permitted operating items were listed in the sub-item of F41 Construction buildings or F421 Road and railway construction or M71 Architectural and engineering activities; technical testing and analysis from the LSIC Activity Codes.
4）本项目不接受联合体。
Consortium is not accepted for this project.
