老挝南塔河公司现对2025年报废资产（含废旧物资）进行第三次公开处置，本次处置遵循公开、公平、公正的原则，欢迎符合条件的企业参与。
Nam Tha 1 Lao Power Company Limitedis now conducting a third publicly disposing Scrapped Assets (including waste materials) in 2025. This disposal will adhere to the principles of openness, fairness, and impartiality, and eligible companies are welcome to participate.
一、项目名称Project Name
老挝南塔河1号电力有限公司2025年报废资产（含废旧物资）处置（第三次）。

二、项目概况Project Overview
本次处置资产主要为办公设备、生产设备等共计76项，按物资品类共分为4个标包，上述物资全部存放于老挝南塔河1号电力有限公司电厂营地。
The assets disposed of this time mainly consist of 76 items, including production vehicles, office equipment, office furniture, and production equipment, which are divided into 4 packages according to the category of materials.All the above-mentioned materials are stored at Campsite Office Building of Nam Tha 1 Lao Power Company Limited。
报价人可以根据自身情况选择相应标包进行报价，报价人参与报价的标包数量不限，所有标包报价不应低于起售价90%，以价高者成交。
Quoting vendor may select the appropriate bid packages to submit their bids based on their own circumstances. There is no limit to the number of bid packages a bidder may submit, but all bids must be at least as high as the 90% of starting price, and the highest bidder will be awarded the contract.
三、潜在报价人资质Qualifications of potential bidders
供应商应为在老挝注册合法运作的企业法人或具有企业法人授权的其他组织，具有独立承担民事责任的能力、独立承担招标项目的能力和独立履行合同的能力。（提供营业执照及承诺函）
Suppliers should be legally registered and operating corporations in Laos or other organizations authorized by such corporations, possessing the capacity to independently assume civil liability, undertake the tendered project, and fulfill the contract. (Please provide a business license and a letter of commitment.)
四、处置须知Handling Instructions

现场勘察：2026年6月10日-14日
Site survey: June 10-14, 2026
报价提交时间：2026年6月17日下午15时30分
Quotation submission deadline: 15:30 PM, June 17th, 2026
报价提交地点：老挝南塔河1号电力有限公司万象办公室（地址：Villa No 2, House No. 416/1, Unit 19, North Saphanthong Village, Sisattanak District, Vientiane Capital，或通过邮件形式发送到采购公告指定邮箱cgyx@csgihk.cn。
Quotations should be submitted to: Vientiane Office of Nam Tha 1 Lao Power Company Limited (Address: Villa No. 2, House No. 416/1, Unit 19, North Saphanthong Village, Sisattanak District, Vientiane Capital), or by email to the designated email address in the procurement announcement: cgyx@csgihk.cn.
报价比选成后，各标包成交者须于合同签订后21日内完成缴款。
After the bids are selected, the successful bidders for each package must complete the payment within 21 days after the contract is signed
若标包的报价价格一样，则以承诺函付款时间更优的为成交者；如果承诺函付款时间也一致，则按失败处理；如某标包出现无人报价情形，则按失败处理。
If the quoted price of the package is the same, the one with the better payment time in the commitment letter shall be considered as the successful bidder; If the payment time of the commitment letter is also consistent, it will be treated as a failure; If there is no one quoting for a certain package, it will be treated as a failure.
五、其它事项Other matters
1.搬运：成交者负责报废资产的搬运并承担相关费用，对搬运期间的人员设备的安全负责。
Handling: The successful bidder shall be responsible for the handling of the scrapped assets and bear the related costs, and shall be responsible for the safety of personnel and equipment during the handling process.
